We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanical Quality Control Specialist to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a State Inspection License, a comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics, and experience as a lube technician.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles alongside team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate workflow and assignments within the team to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and provide resolution in collaboration with technicians and management.
- Implement quality control procedures and standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automotive mechanics and quality control practices.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, inspection results, and repairs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
