Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality food are maintained. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supervising and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure fresh and quality food and supplies.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Monitoring financial performance and managing budgets to maximize profitability.
