We're looking for a Public Relations Manager who knows how to shape narratives, strengthen brand credibility, and drive meaningful earned media. What You'll Be Doing

• ️ Develop and execute PR strategies that elevate our brand across national and local markets
• ️ Pitch and secure high-value media coverage, interviews, and backlink placements
• ️ Build strong relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and key media partners
• ️ Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and compelling brand stories
• ️ Coordinate TV, radio, digital, and podcast opportunities for company leaders, clinicians, and alumni
• ️ Partner with marketing leadership on campaigns and reputation management initiatives
• ️ Track media coverage, measure performance, and share insights with stakeholders
• ️ Support crisis communication planning and manage incoming media inquiries

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

4+ years of experience in public relations (healthcare or wellness experience is a plus)

Strong media relationships and a proven track record of securing earned placements

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Understanding of digital PR, backlink value, and SEO-driven media strategy

Comfortable in fast-paced, mission-driven environments

Bonus Points For

Experience working within healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location organizations

Familiarity with PR tools like Muck Rack, Cision, or Meltwater

Experience as a brand spokesperson or coaching spokespeople for interviews
