In this role, you’ll be hands-on in helping children with developmental disabilities learn, grow, and reach meaningful milestones through one-on-one ABA therapy.

Pay : $21 - $24 / hour

  • pay is based on experience and certifications

    • Schedule : Both Full-time and Part-time opportunities available!

    Additional schedule options - 8a-12p, 12p-4p, 3p-7p

  • Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings in clinic and homes
  • Follow behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
  • Consistently implement treatment plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision
  • Collect, record and summarize data on observable client’s behavior
  • Ensure that client’s session notes are entered into the medical records on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational procedures
  • Effectively communicate with caregivers and / or school personnel regarding client progress as instructed by supervising clinician
  • Assist supervising clinician with preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition
  • Regularly engage with supervisor and management to provide pertinent feedback regarding client sessions, and request support
  • Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
  • Additional duties as assigned

    • Required Skills

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
  • At least one (1) year of related professional experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and / or other developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification (preferred, not required- we'll train you!)
  • Prior experience as a direct support professional is a plus
  • Knowledge and / or experience in the field of early intervention (preferred)
  • Patience and desire to grow in the field of ABA
  • Solid interpersonal skills required to work as an effective member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to varying situations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to serve culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high social economic status areas
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using different technologies and software programs, as well as data collection applications
  • Bilingual is a plus!
