Job Opportunity : Physician for School-Based Wellness Center

Location : Chicopee, MA (Residential Trade School Campus)

We are seeking a dedicated physician to join the wellness center at a local residential trade school, providing medical care for students. The wellness center is located directly on the school campus, Westover Job Corps Center in Chicopee, MA.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct physical exams for all students
  • Provide low-acuity walk-in care
  • Offer general medical support to a young adult population, ages 16-24

Requirements :

  • Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License
  • Federal DEA Certification
  • Board certification is not required, but experience in urgent care or primary care is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in young adult care

    • Position Details :

  • Schedule : 18 hours per week, on a regular, weekly basis
  • Classification : Contract (Locum Tenens) provider
  • Compensation : Competitive contract rate from $100.00 per hour, with malpractice insurance provided
