Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Treatment Design : Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to design individualized treatment plans of care.

Program Development : Design and implement positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual using the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.

Supervision and Training : Supervise, train, implement, and monitor the progress of ABA technicians , modeling and ensuring consistent, effective delivery of individualized support.

Family Collaboration : Provide caring support and guidance during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Data Analysis & Modification : Continuously graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.

Service Delivery : Deliver compassionate, individually tailored treatment plans across various settings, including center, home, and school-based services.

Qualifications

Certification : Valid BCBA Certificate issued by the BACB.

Experience : Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Logistics : Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver's license.

Schedule : Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirement : Up to 25% travel.
