Engineering and Product Recruiter - Fully Remote and Sourcing-Heavy

We're looking for a full-time Engineering & Product Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close. This is a fully remote role with core working hours (Team is in PST + MST), designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. If you love deep sourcing, strategic hiring, and closing top technical talent, we want to hear from you.

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
  • Sourcing expertise : you've personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (for startup companies without brand recognition).
  • Deep knowledge of engineering & product hiring : you understand what great technical talent looks like.
  • A track record of strong execution : you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.
  • A growth mindset : you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.
