Job Duties-Operates equipment used to manufacture products. Assembles, checks, and inspects products against departmental procedures. Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the mfg. process and escalating to Line Lead or

Supervisor Physical Requirements : Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, as this position is not done sitting down. Candidate may conduct repetitive movements including push / pull moving of product as needed from assembly area. No heavy lifting is required. Area does require occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed product from one area to another, and ability to clean up the mfg equipment used for the area. Will be standing on feet for entire shift so comfortable closed toe shoes are required.

Preferred- GDP (good documentation practices) experience Will work on product- Oral fluid extraction tube. Put it together and put through machine to be packaged. 3 methods to fill buffer. Team of 5-6. Semi-automated with machines. Labeling- monitor labeling machine Kit- 25-100-500 kits. Currently manual counting pack size. Throughout all stations- they rotate every 2 hrs, filling, labeling, packaging or palletizing
