Application Developer II – 100% Remote

What You’ll Do :

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications across the full stack.

Use C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to design, implement, and improve applications.

Participate in code reviews, test planning, and lifecycle management.

Document workflows and recommend IT solutions to improve business processes.

Provide off-hours support and collaborate with vendors and team members.

Mentor and guide less experienced staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

What You Bring :

3+ years of relevant technology experience (full stack development).

Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.

Experience with front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

SQL database design and querying experience ( Microsoft SQL preferred ).

Familiarity with version control software ( Git preferred ).

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Quick adaptability to new technologies and changing environments.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or related).

2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
