3yr old Male G-tube Case in Rogers Park area 60626 RN / LPN needed

3-year-old male participant in need of nursing in the Rogers Park neighborhood.

Nursing needs include G-Tube monitoring, every hour, daily medication administration, daily help with therapy, equipment and supply management.

Family wants daytime nursing (three days in a week, 8am to 6pm 10hr shifts) This role will be opened from the first week of December 2025. .

RN $40-$42 - - - -LPN $31-$33 .

Educate families on health management and provide support for caregivers.

Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
