Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for customer onboarding and implementation software platforms
Lead product discovery and synthesize feedback to identify high-impact product opportunities
Define and track product success metrics, guiding iteration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience focused on building and scaling software products
Experience with products that support complex user journeys, such as implementation or post-purchase workflows
Familiarity with integrating software and physical systems
Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product Design
A data-informed approach to roadmap planning and prioritization
