Job Description :

We Are Seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and oversight for multiple enterprise applications supporting infectious disease and public health programs. This role is critical to improving automated processes, streamlining complex business workflows, ensuring data integrity, maintaining compliance standards, and securing application environments. The position serves as a functional lead, supporting system integrations, migrations, and enhancements while guiding other analysts and ensuring successful delivery across the full application lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and integration for multiple enterprise applications
• Serve as a functional lead, providing application oversight and guidance to business analysts supporting related systems
• Write high-level and detailed functional requirement documents
• Perform business requirements analysis, gap analysis, and develop well-defined functional specifications
• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and functional / technical documentation
• Develop functional design documents and coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Create user stories, task breakdowns, and support Agile development initiatives
• Develop prototypes, mockups, flowcharts, screen layouts, and system documentation to support solution design
• Support large-scale Agile projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop test plans, test cases, test data, and testing reports with metrics
• Coordinate testing efforts including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation testing
• Assist in distinguishing defects from new requirements and maintain defect tracking logs
• Support implementation of application and infrastructure change requests
• Assist with solution assessments, hosting documentation, firewall rules, and architecture reviews
• Maintain and update system documentation following system upgrades and enhancements
• Develop training materials, user manuals, and knowledge transfer documentation
• Monitor applications during peak production periods
• Support users through issue analysis, discussions, testing, and resolution
