Computer Hardware Grading Technician : Position Overview

PlanITROI is seeking a Computer Hardware Grading Technician to support our high-volume ITAD and refurbishment operations. This hands-on role is responsible for inspecting testing and grading IT hardware based on cosmetic condition and functional performance to determine resale value refurbishment needs or recycling disposition.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented consistent and technically proficient with a strong understanding of computer hardware and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a 90-day conversion.

Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $15-$16 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Device Inspection & Grading

• Perform cosmetic inspections of laptops desktops tablets notebooks monitors and accessories.
• Evaluate condition based on established grading standards (A / B / C / D or equivalent).
• Identify scratches dents wear cracks missing parts and other cosmetic defects.

Documentation & Accuracy

Process & Safety Compliance

Qualifications Skills Training

(ITAD refurbishment repair or warehouse environment)

The expected salary for this position is $15.00-$16.00 per hour.
