About the Role

Join our innovative team as the Director of Alternative Investment Operations, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational excellence within our alternative investment platform. In this pivotal position, you will oversee client support and technical operations, driving significant process improvements and managing complex issue escalations. Your strategic oversight will ensure seamless fund launches and outstanding client experiences.

As the Director, you will also mentor and develop a high-performing team, align resources effectively, and ensure the meeting of service level agreements. Your key responsibilities will include leading platform operations across the alternative investment lifecycle, managing and mentoring your team, serving as a subject matter expert and escalation point, as well as designing and implementing process enhancements for improved operational efficiency.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an advanced degree is preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in alternative investment operations. A record of successfully leading and developing operational teams, alongside strong technical and analytical skills is essential. Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly GenAI, will be valued highly.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management abilities, adept at managing complex counterparties and ensuring seamless reconciliation processes. Experience with fund administrators, custodians, and reporting providers will be advantageous.
