Job Summary :
Join our innovative team as a Backend Software Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of service workflow management across Vehicle, Insurance Claims, and Energy products. In this dynamic position, you'll be tasked with constructing and optimizing full-stack applications using cutting-edge web technologies, ensuring both high performance and exceptional user experience. Through your work, you'll collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams to push operational efficiency beyond current boundaries while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and a passion for renewable energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain cutting-edge full-stack web applications focusing on operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring tight integration with backend distributed systems.
- Employ rigorous testing strategies to ensure applications' reliability and performance.
- Advocate for and implement scalable, maintainable design systems that prioritize user experience.
- Promote a positive team culture focused on engineering excellence, curiosity, and inclusivity.
