Enterprise Architect

Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Enterprise Architect to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.

Our Enterprise Architect will play a key role in identifying business needs using both external factors (such as competitors) and internal factors (such as the company's IT landscape).

Will be required to strategize to manage legacy and cloud systems, replace obsolete software, define standards and integration patterns, and lead migrations to support business operations across each department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate technology strategy, organization, business applications, and infrastructure.
• Advise on enterprise architecture landscape, including technology, information, data, security, and integration
• Create solution blueprints and prototypes for intelligent automation across CCM workflows
• Guide the adoption of foundation and large language models to accelerate
• Establish best practices for the deployment, testing, monitoring, and governance of artificial intelligence solutions
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that AI systems are integrated securely and effectively within our technology stack
• Participate in vendor evaluation and AI tooling strategy
• Create target-state solution architectures and perform assessments and gap analysis needed to effectively implement them
• Provide hands-on development as required to achieve business objectives
