Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Design Engineer in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement UI patterns for human-in-the-loop AI systems, balancing autonomy, transparency, and user control

Translate product vision and complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams for rapid prototyping and iteration

Evolve the design system into an AI-ready foundation for automated code generation and maintain scalable, reusable UI components

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of experience building user interfaces for web applications, focusing on scalable, reusable UI components

Strong passion and hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3+, and modern responsive layout techniques

Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
