Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will operate CNC Mills and inspect parts during the process. Responsibilities include performing minor tool changes and offsets, as well as utilizing micrometers and calipers for inspections. The role involves working with both vertical and horizontal milling machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and perform inspections using micrometers and calipers.
• Conduct minor tool changes and offsets as needed.
• Work on various machines including Brother compact machining center, Haas Super Speed VF2 and VF3, Kira PC-30EA, VTC-30A, DT32CD for vertical milling, and KIWA KH-45, KNH-400 for horizontal milling.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of CNC Mill setup and operation experience.
• Experience working with blueprints.
• 6+ months of experience using micrometers and calipers for part inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Horizontal Milling Technician is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a clean manufacturing environment, focusing on medical and aerospace projects. Standard hours are 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with voluntary overtime on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
