Salary and Benefits :

• Salary : $185,000-$250,000 based on experience
• Productivity Bonus : If production exceeds base salary, compensation includes a percentage of production over each pay period
• Relocation Assistance considered if needed
• Health Insurance : Medical coverage provided

• 3 weeks of PTO provided in year 1.
• 6 paid holidays per year
