We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience keeping sales leads in motion that have been created by our marketing engine which generates a constant flow of warm opportunities from multiple channels : website visitors, inbound calls, campaign engagement, and intent-based data.

Job Duties :

• Immediate lead follow-up : Call, email, and message prospects showing active interest in our services.
• Multi-channel outreach : Engage through phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
• Lead qualification : Confirm fit (U.S.-based SMBs under 200 employees) and uncover key IT pain points.
• CRM management : Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
• ABM collaboration : Coordinate with Marketing to target named accounts using AI-driven intent data.
• Cold outreach (as time allows) : Build and nurture new conversations from target lists.
• Pipeline hand-off : Transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives smoothly and accurately.

Pay : $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
