Duration :  18 Months

This role is for a software developer / tester, creating automated tests using Java / Selenium. At least 5 years of IT Testing and / or test automation experience primarily using Java. This role is expected to be an Agile champion on the team and is responsible for fostering continuous improvement and team collaborative culture. Candidate should also possess solid leadership and communication skills and demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies and development practices.

Technical Skills :

• Demonstrated knowledge of testing processes, standards, and best practices
• Test automation development experience
• Developing automation tests from acceptance test criteria requirements
• Strong Java test automation exp
• Ruby test automation is a bonus
• Writing complex queries and scripts using SQL
• Knowledge of OOP design principles
• Knowledge of Acceptance Test-Driven Development / Test Driven Development
• Experience creating Ruby test automation or other OOP language in an Agile / Lean development environment
• Experience creating test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Identify and manage defects, secure fixes, and re-run tests
• Cucumber / Gherkin or equivalent behavior-driven development experience
• Collaboration / negotiation in a team environment
• Excellent communication and people interaction skills
