Shift : Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

As a Lead Sterile Processing Technician, you will guide a team with expertise and hands-on support in sterile processing tasks, ensuring top-quality service and operational excellence. This role is essential in fostering a productive and cohesive work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate the performance of team members, focusing on productivity and quality management. Lead by example to inspire teamwork and collaboration.
• Coordinate departmental services, prioritize assignments and workflow, and facilitate effective problem-solving and decision-making. Aid in the ordering of supplies and monitoring of quality metrics.
• Perform core responsibilities of the job and offer guidance on complex issues faced by team members.

This role requires strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
