  Install America is growing at an impressive pace. The lead flow is strong, and we need to hire an experienced and professional Selling Sales Manager. We service the Philadelphia, PA market; our success has been built upon quality products and expert installation.
  
  As the In-Home Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving growth by building and inspiring a team of motivated In-Home Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading, someone who can influence, coach, and energize a team to perform at their best. You’ll set the tone, guide your team to success, and create an environment where people feel supported, confident, and excited to win.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  • Review appointments scheduled by the inside Sale Team.
  • Run minimum of 5 leads per week with another rep as a training tool, giving them real hands-on coaching in the fields
  • Assist reps in homes by making calls and helping with the closing process whenever support is needed.
  • Regularly review performance results and take the steps necessary to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
  • Effectively complete cancel-save appointments to keep potential sales on track.
  • Work with the rehash manager to get back homes to close sales and maximize opportunities
  • Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings for the team sharp and growing.
  • Set expectations for the sales team based on our objectives so everyone stays aligned and focused.
  
  Requirements
  
  5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales, ideally with experience in the 1-Day Concept.
  
  Prefer 2-Years of sales Management experience.
  
  This role requires strong leadership, team-building, and business development skills, along with comfort using technology like iPads and electronic contract systems. The position offers a salary of $100,000–$200,000 with monthly bonuses, plus benefits including medical, dental, paid vacation, sick time, and professional development.
