Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate key IT and business initiatives for our client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will drive project execution, oversee BI and testing efforts, and ensure smooth incident management processes using ServiceNow.

Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities :

Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, scope, and deliverables.

Oversee BI and functional testing activities for quality assurance.

Lead incident management and resolution processes.

Use ServiceNow to track and report program progress.

Required Skills :

BI, Functional Testing, Incident Management, ServiceNow

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience & Education :

7+ years of IT program / project management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (PMP preferred).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
