Role Overview : Could you be our next Enterprise Leads Intern ? Globe Life is seeking an Enterprise Leads Intern to join the team! This internship provides hands-on experience in data quality management and operational processes within the insurance industry. The intern will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our lead database through quality control activities, data verification, and process monitoring. This position offers valuable exposure to business operations and provides an excellent foundation for students pursuing careers in business, analytics, or insurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the accuracy and reliability of our lead generation efforts.

This is an on-site position located in McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do :

• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify and score high-potential leads for life insurance products
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to track lead generation performance metrics and KPIs
• Review current lead generation processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Maintain data integrity through quality checks, cleansing activities, and database management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide analytical support for ad-hoc business requests
• Perform quality control checks on lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and flag data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors for correction
• Prepare basic reports on data quality metrics and findings
• Support the lead generation team with administrative tasks and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to learn business processes
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management
