Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist I to support our client’s team in Charlotte, NC . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary :

This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable phlebotomist who thrives in a clinical office environment and enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality specimen collection and patient care within a busy OBGYN practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform 25–30 blood draws per day with accuracy and professionalism
• Process collected specimens and maintain proper documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients ranging from teenagers to adults
• Work independently for periods of time while collaborating with a small onsite team
• Stand for the majority of the shift
• Follow all safety, compliance, and quality procedures
