PrideStaff Financial is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an established team and make an immediate impact by collecting payments!

Job Description:

• Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
• Assist in generating monthly billing statements
• Create and submit invoices to customers
• Identify delinquent accounts
• Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the system
• Prepare and submit bank deposits
• Maintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures
• At least 6 months relevant experience
• Knowledge in accounting principles
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of common Accounting software

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
