Requirements :
- Over 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on senior or leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core / 6+, LINQ, async / await, DI, Entity Framework).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices or modular architectures, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and contemporary DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and mentorship capabilities.
- Proven track record of articulating clear technical requirements, refining backlog items, and making informed architectural choices utilizing tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar issue-tracking systems.
- Bonus : Experience with domain-driven design (DDD), distributed systems, or cloud services (Azure / AWS).
