Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and application functionality to identify improvement opportunities
Provide day-to-day support for IT systems, including issue resolution and user assistance
Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures
Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in application support and system analysis or related IT roles
Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including ADABAS database management and NATURAL programming
Experience supporting enterprise applications and complex data workflows
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data queries and reporting
Familiarity with batch processing and job scheduling tools
