IT Transmit Senior Developer

General Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Developer with specialized strengths in the Transmit application to join our Client Identity development team. As a key member of our Client Identity development team, you will focus on advancing the architecture, design, and deployment of client identity solutions using the Transmit security platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the development of secure digital infrastructures, ensuring they meet industry standards and business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing robust application solutions, encompassing architecture / design, development, configuration, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting / maintenance, and the implementation of secure application infrastructures in alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing client identity solutions based on industry-standard Transmit security software / patterns. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with security architects to implement security patterns defined for Transmit. This role entails leading and managing development activities across Transmit’s new product features, enhancements, and maintenance support. Collaborating with the other SSO developers, product managers, QA / testing staff, and various teams, the Senior IT Consultant will strive to deliver secure, superior digital experiences. Additionally, the candidate will assess threat landscapes to proactively safeguard our business and clients.

• Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) methodologies and technologies including SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, JWT, OIDC, and MFA.
• Thorough understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services and the use of APIs for inter-application data transmission.
• Competent in mobile and web Software Development Kits (SDKs).
• Ability to work both independently and within an agile team setting.
• Superior communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse teams and negotiate task priorities and deliverables.
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities for junior developer support.
• Strong understanding of source control and change management practices.
• Skilled in issue identification, assessment, and resolution.
