Key Responsibilities
Assist members by answering benefit questions and explaining various plans clearly
Guide members through open enrollment and life event decisions, comparing plan options
Research and resolve benefit issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
Familiarity with health plans, COBRA, Medicare, and HSAs / FSAs preferred
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment
