Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic Data Management initiatives, managing program risks and issues, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across cross-functional technology teams. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing schedules and deliverables, and proactively addressing scope, timeline, and budget changes. The Technical Project Manager will partner closely with Data Management leadership to align project timelines, resources, and technical outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic Data Management projects across multiple technology teams in a collaborative and results-driven manner.
Identify, document, mitigate, resolve, and escalate program risks and issues as needed.
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with external vendors, internal project teams, and senior leadership to remove roadblocks and manage changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
Manage projects using Agile methodologies, including facilitating daily Scrum ceremonies and ongoing status meetings to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
Communicate project status, risks, and plans clearly and accurately to functional and program leadership.
Partner with Data Management architects and technical team members to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with best practices.
Collaborate closely with Data Management leadership on timelines, deliverables, and resource planning;escalate project or solution issues for timely resolution.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager on large-scale initiatives
4+ years of experience working on Agile projects, including experience as a Scrum Master
SQL experience is a plus
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio
Ability to align technical solutions and project execution with business requirements
Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated collaboration, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities

Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations
