Cotogna, part of the Michelin-awarded Quince & Co. restaurant group, is seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven Host to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact, the Host sets the tone for the guest experience and plays a key role in our hospitality-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

Warmly greet and welcome all guests, embodying the hospitality standards of Cotogna and Quince & Co.

Manage reservations, cancellations, and waitlist through with accuracy and grace.

Coordinate guest flow between the dining room, bar, and kitchen to ensure a seamless service.

Communicate clearly with managers, servers, and the kitchen to anticipate needs and support smooth operations.

Maintain a polished presence at the host stand and assist with light administrative or service tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Prior host or guest-facing hospitality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.

A warm demeanor, professional communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.

Strong organizational skills and comfort navigating reservation platforms.

Ability to remain calm, composed, and solutions-oriented during busy service periods.

Team-player mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
