Lead Payroll Specialist

What You'll Do

  • Process payroll for 500+ employees with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle certified payroll reporting and ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws .
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper payroll allocations.
  • Stay ahead of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with professionalism and care.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in ADP, Paylocity, or similar payroll systems .
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills , and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with employees, union reps, and leadership.
