Job Description & Requirements Urgent Care Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 12 Pay Rate : $135.80 - $147.00 This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday – Friday 8a – 8p | Saturday 8a – 7p | Sunday 8a – 5p
• Patients per day : 40
• Practice Setting : Outpatient
• Scope : Urgent Care. Must be able to see ALL ages (including Peds under 3 months old). Must be able to close lacerations, I&D, read X-ray and EKG, Work Comp experience a plus as well as DOT certification.
