Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring an Architectural Designer for the Healthcare team for its Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate should be able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices on a broad array of assignments and building types and translate conceptual ideas into detailed plan and construction documents.

What You Will Do :

• Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity
• Perform analyses of design planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
• Prepare project specifications compiling and analyzing relevant data.
• Write reports and specifications
• Review completed reports plans estimates and calculations

Pay Range

$52000 - $86600 USD
