Job Summary

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements in operational efficiency, process improvement, understanding high-level accounting concepts, along with organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating corresponding company-wide business initiatives.

This role requires onsite attendance in our Carlsbad, CA office Monday-Friday.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner ensuring accuracy by review of work.
• Perform general ledger accounting functions, including journal entry process review and account reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Prepare documentation to be used internally or by auditors in preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
• Complete special projects and financial analyses as assigned.

The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range

$26 - $33 USD
