Overall Responsibilities :

Support coordination of the MFT Compliance Sanctions Risk & Control team and its projects through facilitation of planning sessions and internal team communications

Provide strategic advisory to team leadership to advance team goals and initiatives

Lead preparation and facilitation of sanctions meetings and reporting including developing PowerPoint presentations talking points and other materials

Create and maintain high-quality documentation including procedures flow charts and process documents

Drive change management initiatives and support continuous improvement of team processes

Must Have Skills

Strong experience with change management processes ideally in compliance or risk environments

Experience creating high-quality presentations reports and process documentation (procedures flow charts process docs)

Excellent documentation analytical organizational and project management skills

Demonstrated ability to prepare and facilitate meetings including developing meeting materials (PowerPoint talking points agendas)

Experience streamlining procedures with a strong preference for operational expertise in MFTCs core control programs

Change management expertise

Advanced proficiency in creating presentations and process documentation

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience preparing and facilitating meetings

Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills

Prior sanctions compliance experience

Fintech industry experience

Familiarity with MFTCs core control programs
