Overview
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of MFG application platform capabilities. The role provides technical and delivery leadership to ensure application development, onboarding, and migration initiatives are executed in alignment with MFG business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs and projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope execution.
- Act as the technical delivery lead and subject matter expert for Manufacturing applications, driving solution design, delivery quality, and operational stability.
- Serve as the primary client and stakeholder interface, managing expectations, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications.
- Lead application onboarding and deployments across cloud environments, standardizing and optimizing onboarding and release processes.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, QA, security, vendors), ensuring strong collaboration and dependency management.
- Define and execute cloud migration and modernization strategies, including re-hosting, re-platforming, and optimization initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and communicate delivery and platform metrics, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Compensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bachelor’s degree requiredStrong technical knowledge of Managing digital applications and third-party integrations.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and vulnerability management practices.Strong knowledge of testing process and overall lifecycle.EEO Statement
