Compensation :

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Guide clients through the foreclosure buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities in the foreclosure and distressed property sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct property evaluations and provide clients with accurate, actionable insights.
• Coordinate with legal and financial experts to streamline the foreclosure transaction process.
• Stay informed about local and federal foreclosure regulations to ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
