Quality Assurance Complaint Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Complaint Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between internal Product and Compliance teams and third-party testing laboratories. This role is critical in ensuring all product testing requirements are met accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all product testing needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of sample submissions, from initiation to completion.
- Monitor testing progress and proactively follow up to ensure timely results.
- Maintain organized documentation of all test submissions and outcomes.
- Facilitate clear and accurate communication between testing labs, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Stay informed on compliance requirements and anticipate changes to maintain alignment.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Support internal teams with compliance-related inquiries and updates.
