Scheduler Position Summary

The Scheduler (CNA) is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the nursing staff. Their role also includes the following responsibilities :

Staff the facility at levels determined by the Director of Nursing in accordance with budget.

Prepare, modify, and distributes nursing schedules.

Monitor shift changes, attendance and tardiness, time sheets and punches.

Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing and / or the Administrator.

Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Scheduler Requirements

Current unrestricted CNA certification

CNA with Prior Scheduling Experience
