Chris M Electric is seeking a Junior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager with Accubid experience to support our commercial electrical division, including tenant improvement projects, retail and office buildouts, and ground-up construction.

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn and grow under the guidance of our senior estimator and management team, gaining hands-on experience from bid phase through project completion, including site walkthroughs and project meetings.

Main Objectives :

• Learn the strategies and processes of our Estimating Department
• Support senior estimators to ensure projects are profitable and meet client satisfaction standards
• Assist with larger projects and develop skills in commercial electrical estimating
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors while learning negotiation and bid strategies
• Contribute Value Engineering (VE) ideas under guidance
• Support projects through preconstruction and project management tasks
