Georgia Licensed Appraisal Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Appraisal Analyst with remote flexibility, requiring residency in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Key Responsibilities

Review property valuations for compliance with Federal / State laws and internal risk policies

Obtain and perform detailed reviews of collateral documentation to ensure adherence to guidelines

Communicate effectively with departments and clients to maintain pipeline metrics and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Four years or more of mortgage or consumer loan underwriting experience, with appraisal review experience preferred

Three years of continuous collateral review experience

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office

FHA DE (CHUMS) / VA SAR / LAPP certifications preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training is preferred
