Job Description :

Our client located in the Springfield, MA area has an immediate opening for an IT Project Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid remote capacity. The IT Project Coordinator will work with IT Managers and Technical leads to plan, organize, and coordinate the successful delivery of IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Elicit project / initiative requirements and objectives
• Create project and resource plans
• Coordinate with team members to establish schedules, milestones, and individual tasks
• Arrange and lead project and team meetings
• Document meeting minutes and action items, ensuring follow-up
• Track project progress, team performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Utilize project management software such as JIRA to monitor progress and schedule adherence
