Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily clinical and administrative performance across multiple dental offices. Their primary responsibility is to drive consistent operational performance that results in sustainable and measurable revenue growth across all assigned practices.
This individual ensures that each location delivers an exceptional patient experience, meets productivity goals, supports its doctors & staff, and follows standardized systems.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a growing multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Performance
- Primary responsibility : consistently grow revenue across all assigned offices
- Increase office productivity through better scheduling, workflow efficiency, and patient experience
- Improve treatment acceptance rates
- Drive recall and unscheduled treatment follow-up systems
- Enhance new patient conversion and retention
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in production and collections
- Reduce cancellations and no-shows through proactive oversight
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and Treatment CoordinatorsBuild a culture of accountability, growth, and positivityConduct weekly office visits and performance reviewsSupport hiring, onboarding, and staff trainingOperational Excellence
Ensure consistency in daily operations, workflows, and systemsMaintain compliance with company policies, HR standards, HIPAA & OSHAOversee scheduling efficiency and productivityImplement company initiatives across all officesPerformance & KPI Management
Monitor production, collections, unscheduled treatment, and recall KPIsReview daily EOD reports, call logs, and treatment acceptance metricsWork closely with revenue cycle & billing teams to accelerate collectionsIdentify performance gaps and build improvement plansPatient Experience
Ensure exceptional hospitality across all officesResolve patient concerns professionally & promptlyMaintain 5-star review reputation across platformsStrategic Growth
Support new office openingsCoordinate with vendors, labs, and supply partnersExecute regional events, CE trainings, and staff development initiativesQualifications
Required
3+ years experience in multi-site management OR large office managementProven ability to drive revenue growth in a service-based environmentStrong leadership and team development skillsAbility to manage deadlines, projects, and prioritiesExcellent communication & professionalismValid driver’s license, consistent transportationPreferred
Dental or healthcare operations experienceExperience with EHR systems (Denticon a plus)Experience with KPI tracking, analytics & reportingCompensation & Benefits
