What You’ll Do

As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience while learning the JD Service Now way of doing things — the right way.

You will :

Assist technicians in delivering high-quality customer service

Use and maintain company tools and equipment properly

Learn and apply JD Service Now methods and safety procedures

Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times

Attend classroom training, coaching meetings, and required check-ins

Complete coursework and skills development tasks within assigned timelines

Represent and promote JD Service Now Core Values in your daily work

Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

What It Takes to Succeed

This role is a fit for someone motivated and excited to build a trade career. You :

Have strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Are comfortable working indoors / outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions

Have basic safety awareness and commitment to safe practices

Show enthusiasm for learning — every single day

Demonstrate reliability, good timekeeping, and teamwork

Are willing to complete all required training and certifications

Have basic computer skills
