Manager, Platform Services

A company is looking for a Manager, Platform Services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage members of the Platform Services team (Program Coordinators)

Act as a primary point of support and escalation for the team

Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving operations

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a manager, team lead, or senior-level individual contributor

Proven experience in leading initiatives and teams successfully

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently

Understanding of retail and ecommerce marketing teams and how the platform fits into their ecosystem

Proficient with building reports and analyzing team performance
