IT Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including cloud infrastructure and IT service desk management

Manage cloud environments and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with security standards

Lead the IT service desk team to provide support and improve help desk processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

10+ years of IT operations experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Experience managing cloud environments and IT support functions

Familiarity with healthcare privacy and security frameworks, particularly HIPAA

Proven experience with documentation for security and compliance audits
