Responsibilities :

• Workflow Design : Architect programmatic ABM for large employers and list-based marketing for job seekers and small businesses.
• Journey Optimization : Design and scale user journeys that convert initial awareness into long-term adoption and monetization.
• Operational Efficiency : Automate processes for local teams and partner with RevOps to ensure high-quality Sales handoffs via strict SLAs.
• Vendor & Agency Management : Standardize the selection and coordination of external partners and agencies to ensure global consistency.
• AI-Driven Experimentation : Deploy AI frameworks to test channel mixes and reduce creative "idea-to-launch" cycles to under 24 hours.
• Data & Signal Intelligence : Build first- and third-party audience models while using tools like Clay to enrich data and operationalize engagement signals.
• Strategic Leadership : Build the department from scratch, secure headcount through business cases, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Austin 160,000 - 240,000 USD per year

SF Bay Area 200,000 - 300,000 USD per year

Seattle 194,000 - 292,000 USD per year

US Remote 160,000 - 240,000 USD per year

Scottsdale 158,000 - 238,000 USD per year

Salary Range Disclaimer : The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
